POINTS?
Points are way of saying thank you to the person that has helped you with your question.
Only the question author can assign points to a given response. If you submit a question or new topic and another member replies to it, you will see a drop down menu of points next to the reply (you must be logged in to see the menu). Select the point value and then click the "submit points" button. Note that you can rate multiple replies and submit them at one time. That way you can assign more than 10 points to an individual. If the thread has been closed, the author must reopen the question to submit the points then close it again. |

You mention that audio and Ethernet are causing problems....
What are the symptoms?
On the audio you must load the UAA drive first or it will not work...
here is another driver that does not require the UAA:

The LAN is Intel 82562V:

Thanks Rich
You answer quickly to my dithering. No honest mate thanks. machine is starting to come together. Just a few questions about load the UAA drive. Is that a driver or a setting. I'm learning (slowly). Do i uninstall the drivers already installed or press update for realtek audio.

The Realtek (audio) update should over ride the others but if you have any problems with it, unload them , reboot then reload ...
This would be done in the device manager....
give them a try and let me know the outcome....
