Can the HP IPAQ rx 3715 be converted to a mob phone?
Can I download skype mob pc software in my IPAQ??

No, you cannot convert your ipaq.
There was a Skype beta version for PPCs but I dont know where to get it.

I'm not sure the current version of Skype will work on your device, since the specifications for it indicate it is designed to work on WM5.0 or WM6.1 phones.

Skype does not support the older versions of Skype mobile and you won't find them on Skype's website. You may need to search around the internet for version 2.2.
