i did not receive the restoration plus cd for my desktop now i cannot restore my system can someone let me know where to download the required its urgent. i have the system recovery cd but its not working.

To get a restoration CD for these you need to talk to HP parts for where you are at. In the US try 1-800-952-7689. You will need the Serial number and the configuration number from the Serial tag to get the right set of disk/s. They have available for next day in most parts of the world. I haven't found anyplace to download them.
