I am using MeasureWare Agent & HP OpenvView PerfView on HP-UX.

Is there any similar program/functionality available for Red Hat Linux?

Or any other similar third party tools?

There is similar functionality in "HP OpenView Performance Agent for Linux". An evaluation copy is available for download from http://openview.hp.com/downloads/evals.html
