Hi Experts,

I have installed PAXP 4.0 on management server to collect data from 4 XP StorageWorks that hostagents are installed on one Solaris and two on HP-UX.

My question is I can't create report in report type "all" that hostagent installed on HP-UX 11.2 but Solaris can.

Before install PAXP 4.0, I ever installed PAXP 3.5.2 before no problem occure like PAXP 4.0

Have anyone found that problem like me? or any suggestion to solve the problem.

The event log also report something like this

Performance data was not received from the array 35090( ) for the schedule 35090 . Please check whether Host agent is connected/pointed to MS or check PerformanceAdvisorXP.log on the HostAgent for any exceptions.

I can create report in report type "Array Performance, LDEV IO, Cache Utilization, ACP Utilization and CHIP Utilization" but only "ALL" I can't create.

The attachment please fine hostagent log file on HP-UX 11.2 server.

Make sure JRE version 1.5.0_18 & above available in PA server & HA server.
Upgrading to jre-1_5_0_21 & reinstalling HA, helps me to resolve the same problem
