I have a user who uses Quickbooks via 2003 Terminal Server. Whenever she tries to print using her HP 1505 laserjet printer, the first job prints fine but then subsequent jobs just sit in the print queue on the Terminal Server. When she tries to delete the jobs, she gets message saying deleting jobs but the jobs are not deleted - not even when the Terminal session ends. Only option is for Administrator to log on to Term Server and restart print spooler to clear out the jobs. Local printing is working fine. Can you please provide a solution to this problem? Its been going on for a while now with me having to restart the print spooler service which is not good enough.
