I need to create some mechanism for not responding to SNMP requests. This will simulate network issues and force the EMS (my gui application) to handle SNMP timeouts. For this I need to make controlled scripts that drops SNMP request in a predictable manner – i.e. every x amount of requests or on demand.
Can amyone please tell me the way how to procede to do this.
If possible please give with an example, because I m new to this Agent Simulator.
