This local printer has only 110,000 page count, so we don't use it very much. If you watch carefully as the printed page becomes visible, the leading edge catches on the lower part of whatever that mechanism is called. The page stops with a couple inches exposed, and can be pulled out of the printer.
I am assuming I need a replacement part. If someone could post a link, that would be great.
Is this a difficult repair? I am obviously not a printer tech, but I can fix simple things and follow instructions.
Thanks - J.

Hey Jay, you can rebuild the output assy. as David's link suggests or just replace the whole paper exit (output) assy. with another one - an easier job if you have not done a rebuild before. Here is the part number: RG5-2129. Have fun!
The kit has just arrived, so I started it today. I did not know there is an easier option. I would rather pay a little more, for an easier and faster installation.
I will post here when this project is finished, which will hopefully be Wed 28-Oct.
