I recently had my HP LJ 3005dn serviced (the network connection was not working - I don't recall the name of the replaced part).

Ever since I cannot print duplex. I have made the proper settings in the printer settings and in the settings for the print job.

I can see duplex as an option and it is selected, but it always prints single-sided. I've tried this with 4 separate computers now and the same thing always happens.

Any suggestions?

It may be that the place that replaced the formatter which is what they probably did, did not use the correct one or they used a used one that had been used in a non duplex printer. There is a procedure where they have to wait a full 5 minutes after installing a new formatter for the code from the dc controller to write to the formatter and give it the duplex capability. Go to the information menu and see what model it shows your printer and if you have duplex. Probably not there. I would bring it back to where they repaired it.
