Linux? Never tried that, but the manual says Windows, HP-UX and Linux. |

Yes, I have seen that, the problem is I'm trying to use the va7410 with an rx7620 Itanium box / ia64 type. The only Linux driver that I can find on any HP publication is for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3.0 for an x86 (Proliant) type platform. |

The latest versions are around 5 years old - so probably out of luck. Windoze may be an option for management ... |

BTW, did you try to install it anyway? Since most is JAVA based, it might work (I have no clue if it does). |

You may want to try installing the latest CV SDM s/w on RHEL AS 3.0 IA64 OS to see if it works.
Other options would be install the CV SDM on a Windows box and manage the array through the serial port on the array. |
