I have XP 12000 and I am performing change, in the middle its look like hung I have applied and save all my settings.

I wanted to reopen the XP Remote Web Console.

I am not able to logoff I am in editing mode is any other way to kill the section and start immediately.

hi,
try to go to the SVP and restart the HTTPD or RMI server of the of the SVP web server...

Thanks for Prompt reply..and I Need u r help for the below issue also....

can U tell me how to find the SVP IP Add and I am new to this environment how to find out the RMI management server / from where the services is running?

Hi,
SVP ip should be indentical with the RWC ip...
